The Community

But the real attraction of Chickasaw Point is the community of people.

ClubhouseWith an inviting clubhouse, organizations for various interest groups, opportunities to volunteer and contribute, the community at Chickasaw is a rich mixture of people always pleased to welcome someone new.

Over 400 families have already built their dream homes on lake, lake-view, golf or interior lots with more new homes going up each year. There are gracious large homes and gentle cottages with much variety in between. An architectural review board assures quality homes but individual design is honored giving Chickasaw Point a strong sense of community with diversity.

Chickasaw Point has around 1,250 undeveloped lots. Some are for sale by individuals through realtors or our classified ads and many are held by people waiting for the right time to build their dream house and come home to Chickasaw Point.
